Baby Massage
Learning how to massage your baby is to help your experience as a new parent be peaceful, enjoyable, and less stressful. We know most new parents are sleep deprived for a few weeks or months, even. Did you know one of the best benefits for regular massage with your baby is deeper more restful sleep? The other great benefit is to help smooth out those gassy episodes as your baby's digestive system gets used to processing feedings. You will find the way massage is taught through Baby's First Massage® is simple, easy to learn, and requires very little time. Coming to the school with others every other week makes it easy to learn how to massage your baby as soon after birth as possible and you’ll make some great new friends.

Acupressure for Relaxation
Acupressure is an ancient healing art that uses the fingers to press key points on the surface of the skin to stimulate the body's natural self-curative abilities. This class will focus on those points on the face and head which accesses the body's life force to obtain homeostasis, or balance. As a self treatment or for your clients, this gently work helps dissolve tensions and stresses, thereby gaining a greater sense of harmony, health and wellbeing.

Aromatherapy
In this fun filled class you will be introduced into the wonderful world of aromatherapy. We will be going over some of the most common essential oils and how you can use them for massage and also in your everyday life. There will be a $10.00 material fee for which you will receive a detailed hand out along with your choice of either a 2 ounce bottle of massage oil or a 2 ounce room spray bottle, both which you will have the opportunity to create yourself. Bring your open mind and your nose and be prepared to go on a beautiful sensory journey

Munay-Ki Rites
The Munay-Ki are the nine great rites of initiation of the medicine way. The word munay means “I love you” or “BE AS THOU ART.” The Munay-Ki are the nine gates that heal us and transform our human energy field into that of homo luminous.
The prophecies of the ancient Americas speak about a new human appearing on the planet – one who lives free of fear and resides in his or her transcendent nature. The Munay-Ki are the codes for the new human. They are delivered in the form of energetic transmissions. The ninth rite, the “Creator Rite” was transmitted for the first time in the summer of 2006 at the Holy Mountains in the Andes. The nine initiations of the Munay-Ki have only been available until recently to the high wisdom keepers of the Americas.
The First class will be an introduction of what to expect for our 5 weeks together. I have found my knowledge of these rites has made my hands-on body work more “laser-like” and my institution heightened. I feel more peaceful and centered in everything I do.

4 Hour Infant Massage
Infant Massage is a holistic and natural way to promote infant health, improve parenting skills and deepen bonding.
Infant Massage incorporates nurturing touch, massage in a loving, fun one-on-one interaction that is nourishment for baby's healthy development of mind, body and spirit.
You will learn simple easy routines to educate the new mother to soothe her infant.

Mineral & Crystal Healing
Working with Crystals and Minerals
Many people are drawn to crystals and minerals, whether they are in the body work field or not. I have loved these rocks since I was little and I am still intrigued by them. In class One I will be sharing with you what I have discovered as an easy way to find which crystals/minerals can help you in most situations. Class Two will cover what Chakra’s are all about and how to use crystals/minerals help them stay as balanced and open as possible. Class Three will explore 49 minerals that are most easily available and 9 types of crystals. In Class Four we will learn about “Thoughtforms” and how that can help us – or not! - while bringing in the minerals/crystals to assist. And class Five is a wrap-up of fun things we can do with our new “friends”! Please bring a stone pendulum to class.
