Acupressure for Relaxation
Acupressure is an ancient healing art that uses the fingers to press key points on the surface of the skin to stimulate the body's natural self-curative abilities. This class will focus on those points on the face and head which accesses the body's life force to obtain homeostasis, or balance. As a self treatment or for your clients, this gently work helps dissolve tensions and stresses, thereby gaining a greater sense of harmony, health and wellbeing.

Aromatherapy
In this fun filled class you will be introduced into the wonderful world of aromatherapy. We will be going over some of the most common essential oils and how you can use them for massage and also in your everyday life. There will be a $10.00 material fee for which you will receive a detailed hand out along with your choice of either a 2 ounce bottle of massage oil or a 2 ounce room spray bottle, both which you will have the opportunity to create yourself. Bring your open mind and your nose and be prepared to go on a beautiful sensory journey

4 Hour Infant Massage
Infant Massage is a holistic and natural way to promote infant health, improve parenting skills and deepen bonding.
Infant Massage incorporates nurturing touch, massage in a loving, fun one-on-one interaction that is nourishment for baby's healthy development of mind, body and spirit.
You will learn simple easy routines to educate the new mother to soothe her infant.

Energy
Energy exists everywhere. This class teaches a person to “Feel and Sense” the energy around them.
The flow of energy, from the most subtle to the most dense, leads scientists to suspect that disease and disorders in the physical, mental and emotional, may initially begin as imbalances in the subtle energy fields.
You can learn to detect the informational contents of energy to locate imbalances or interferences in the flow of energy, clear the obstructions, and to change or modify the energetic qualities of life.
The techniques taught in this class can be used on yourself, family, friends and clients to aid in the healing process.

Reiki I
Reiki, as we know it today, is the re-emergence of an ancient science and technique that was re-discovered by Dr. Mikao Usui, a Japanese theologian in the mid 19th century. It dates back several thousand years to ancient Tibetan Sutras, or records. It is a time honored, sacred method of bringing balance and harmony to the body, mind and the soul. It acts as a connection with the ever flowing love-light energy of the universe. For those who are willing to listen, Reiki is a great teacher bringing more clarity, intuition and peace to the attuned person, which is important in these changing times.
