Lymphatic Drainage Massage

Lymphatic Drainage Therapy is used to facilitate the fluid flow in the body. This class will guide you through the anatomy of the lymphatic system and the location of nodes and drainage patterns. Two methods of massage will be taught, including a light touch and deeper method. Indications and contraindications will also be covered.


This technique helps to drain stagnant fluids, to detoxify the body, promote regeneration of tissue and create or maintain a healthy immune system.

Bring a set of sheets and at least a liter of water to this hands on class.
