Reflexology I & II (NCBTMB Approved)



Day 1 and 2:
A natural healing art, based on the principle that there are reflexes in the feet which correspond to every part of the body.
By stimulating and applying pressure to the feet, you are increasing circulation and promoting specific bodily and muscular functions.

16 Relaxation Techniques

Stress Reflex Technology

Contraindications for Reflexology

Reflexology Documentations

Professional Reflexology Sessions

Workbook and Certificate (From You, ASMT) included Lots of Hands-On Time to practice with each other and the Teacher Question and Answer throughout the Workshop.

Day 3:
Hand Reflexology is another way to effect the body of imbalances and create wholeness and wellness.

There are several differences from the feet and hands - obviously the hand is anatomically difference from the foot.

We will learn and discuss:
Guidelines of the Hands/Orientation.
The Anatomically differences of the feet and hands.
Working the hands for clients (if time permits for self-help or this may need to be another class)
How the hands are a Referral Area for the feet.
Hand Reflexology Relaxation Techniques.

Please remember to bring:
Your Foot Reflexology Notebook to incorporate Hand Reflexology Information
A stool - it is helpful as I teach this sitting down (A chair is not high enough along side your table)
A hand towel
