CranioSacral Therapy


Craniosacral System CranioSacral Therapy is a gently hands-on method of releasing restrictions around the brain and spinal cord so the body can self-correct and free itself of pain and other health conditions. It is a natural therapy that works with the body, not against it.

Dr. John Upledger has been researching The CranioSacral System for approximately 35 years, has developed a easy way to identify WHERE there are restrictions in the body tissue and a gentle way to work with the body tissues to release the restrictions that hamper optimal functions of the entire body.
